Meet Your Advocate & Coach
Taylor is the founder of The Advocate, a faith-based coaching practice rooted in the belief that true transformation begins with Christ. After nearly a decade in Human Resources, serving in various roles and walking alongside individuals through seasons of personal and professional growth, she felt a divine calling to shift her focus. Coaching, she believes, is her God-given purpose: a way to serve and advocate for others, echoing Christ’s promise in John 14:15–17, where He speaks of sending an Advocate to dwell within us.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, an MBA with a Human Resources concentration from LSU Shreveport, and a SHRM-CP certification, Taylor brings both academic depth and practical experience to her coaching. Her HR background has equipped her with a keen understanding of leadership dynamics, personal development, and the power of compassionate guidance.
Now, through The Advocate, Taylor lives out her mission: to walk in service and advocacy of God’s people as they pursue personal and professional growth. Her coaching is rooted in biblical truth and driven by a desire to help leaders rise with clarity, confidence, and Christ-like character. Having experienced the power of wise advocates in her own life, Taylor is committed to paying that forward—empowering others to grow into the leaders God has called them to be.
