To walk in service and advocacy of God’s people as they pursue personal and professional growth.
Compassion - Responding to the needs of others with empathy and action.
Kindness - A deliberate choice to uplift others through generosity, respect, and dignity.
Humility - Selfless serving of others through listening and lifting them up.
Gentleness - Speaking the truth with love and acting with quiet strength.
Patience - Growth is nurtured, not rushed. We trust in God's timing.

I believe true growth begins when we recognize where we are no longer aligned—and feel called toward something more faithful.
For much of my professional life, I walked alongside others in roles centered on development, advocacy, and leadership support. With a background in Human Resources, I spent years helping individuals navigate growth, complexity, and transition in their work. Over time, through prayer and reflection, I became aware of a deeper invitation—one that asked me to realign my work more fully with the purpose God had been shaping in me.
That calling led to the founding of The Advocate.
The name is intentional. In John 14, Jesus speaks of the Advocate—the Helper sent to dwell within us, guide us, and walk with us in truth. That picture has long resonated with me. Throughout my own journey, God placed wise advocates in my life—people who listened well, spoke truth with compassion, and stood beside me during seasons of growth and discernment. Their presence shaped me deeply and modeled the kind of support that makes faithful growth possible.
Through The Advocate, I seek to reflect that same posture: coming alongside others with humility, care, and intentionality, trusting the Spirit to lead the work.
My professional foundation includes nearly a decade in Human Resources, along with formal education in psychology, business, and leadership development. This experience informs how I coach—grounded in thoughtful skill development, human understanding, and practical insight. More than anything, it has shaped how I listen, discern patterns, and ask questions that invite clarity and growth.
My approach to coaching integrates professional and leadership competencies with spiritual discernment. Whether I am working with professionals focused on personal development or leaders strengthening how they serve others, the work centers on becoming—not striving. Growth rooted in integrity, humility, and purpose leads to deeper confidence and lasting impact.
At the heart of my work is partnership. I do not arrive with a formula or agenda. Instead, I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they build clarity, confidence, and faith‑aligned direction. My role is to support thoughtful growth—both in skill and in character—so individuals are equipped to lead themselves and others with intention.
If you find yourself sensing misalignment, longing for clarity, or feeling called toward deeper purpose, I would be honored to walk with you.
